Getting Started
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
Welcome
A visit at EURA is like any other medical appointment — straightforward, covered by insurance where applicable, and focused on your care. Here is everything you need to know to get started.
The Process
Reach out by phone or through the contact form on Eura's website. Someone from the practice will get back to you to schedule your appointment.
We respond within 24–48 hours.
Before your visit, Eura will verify your insurance coverage. Please be ready to provide your insurance information when you call. A credit card is required on file at the time of booking.
You will receive access to your patient portal after booking. Please complete your intake forms there before your visit so the appointment time can be used most effectively.
Your first visit is conducted over Zoom and typically runs 30–45 minutes. Ted will review your health history, discuss your goals, and develop a care plan together. If labs are needed, the order will be sent after your visit — you can get them done at any Quest Diagnostics location.
Have Zoom accessible on your device before the appointment. A link will be provided at the time of booking.
Before your first visit ends, a follow-up will be scheduled — typically at 1 or 3 months depending on your clinical situation. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Be Prepared
Have your insurance card available — front and back. Benefits will be verified before the visit.
A government-issued photo ID is required for all new patients.
A current list of all medications, supplements, and dosages you are taking.
Any recent bloodwork or lab results, particularly hormone levels or relevant health panels.
The name and location of your preferred pharmacy so prescriptions can be sent directly.
A credit card is required on file at the time of booking for any applicable fees or balances.
Policies
All fees are charged to the credit card on file.
